Setup steps (one time)
  1. In Telegram, message @BotFather โ†’ /newbot โ†’ copy the token.
  2. Save the token in a file named telegram_token.txt next to bot.py (token on the first line).
  3. Message @BotFather โ†’ /setprivacy โ†’ pick your bot โ†’ Disable (so it can read all group messages).
  4. Create a Telegram group, add your bot to it, then send a message.
  5. Run start_bot.bat and open this dashboard at http://localhost:8765/. The group appears below โ€” pick which board its messages go to.
